I did this not only for her insight on the case law associated with the matter, but to also get a clear understanding from her years of experience on how the case may proceed through the court system. Heather was recommended to me by a friend of mine for her secretary of state work. I had tried to obtain my license once before and was turned down. Thanks to Heathers knowledge in this field and her relationship with the state I was able to sit for a formal hearing and finally get my DL back. She is very knowledgable in many areas of law as I learned while spending time with her in her office and at my hearing. She also actually cares for each one of her clients and goes above and beyond to keep you informed and your mind at ease. This is very important as it can be a very stressful process. I am lucky to have been a client of Heathers and would recommend her to anyone that was in my position or to anyone that is in need of a criminal defense attorney.

When I received my court date she was there talking be through everything that way I understood my options. I’m very happy with her as my attorney. Heather was amazing quick and easy! Her Fee was not bad at all and they take installments! Cassandra her receptionist is highly qualified to answer most questions you have regarding SOS issues and court issues when Heather is with a Client or busy. Heather was always on call, when ever I needed to call her she answered and was very patient with me! Going through this process is hard and complicated and Heather and her staff make it easier and they are very understanding.

Heather is an excellent lawyer. Her knowledge level was very noticeable and proved to be the difference in my situation. After many discussions with other attorney’s I chose Heather and I am in a much better position moving forward in my life. Heather is extremely professional and takes a proactive approach to get things done. She represented me for my DUI case in 2011. She was great with communication and explaining the process to me in a way I could understand. She is very knowledgeable and efficient in her practice. I was looking at an aggravated speeding ticket. I went in looking at the maximum penalties after talking to Heather i felt a lot more comfortable. Heather wasn’t going to charge me $2500 like some lawyers. Also she was not concerned about what her rating is because she lets her work talk for her. Before i even got settled in i got of with small fines no points on my license Heather is great i would recommend her for what ever you have.
